Coaching
As a qualified snooker coach for the 'English 'Association for Snooker and Billiards' I am able to coach players of all ages
and abilities, from beginners to the experienced player in my own private
snooker room. Whatever part of
your game you would like to improve I can help. I can assist you in all
aspects of your game which includes;-
Beginners guide - If you are very new to the game this covers information on the table, balls, basic rules, the cue, behaviour, the game and introduction to terminology used. Basics - As with any sport it is vitally important to learn the basics of the game first which are the stance, bridge, grip, sighting, bridge arm and cue arm. Intermediate - Once you have started using the basic techniques in your game you can then progress to the break off shot, the approach to the shot, cue action, the nap of the cloth, the rest, potting, stun shot, top spin and screw shot.

Advanced
- Shot selection, consistent potting, doubles,
swerve shots, percentage play, cushion shots, break building, match play and
psychology.
Practice - There are various practice routines which can help improve your game but the routines you try should depend on what part of your game you need to improve. Through coaching I can advise you on the best practice routines. The content of your practice time will be improved and between us we can focus on improving the weakest part of your game which will in turn improve your overall performance. Above all you must enjoy the game and the key to success and enjoyment is to improve your performance through coaching, practice, playing and winning matches. Please CLICK HERE to contact me if you would like to book a coaching session or if there is any advice or guidance that you require. The cost of coaching is £14 per hour for one to one tuition in my own private snooker room.
