             JIMMY WHITE MAKES DREAM COME TRUE

Jimmy White entertained 11 people in a private snooker room at a residence in St Austell, Cornwall.  He played 8 frames of snooker in total and after the 4th frame Jimmy joined the guests for a buffet.  In the 2nd half he played 2 frames of singles and 2 frames of doubles with guests. During the interval and at the end of the evening Jimmy made himself available for photos and autographs.  The proprietor said ' Having Jimmy in my snooker room made a dream come true'.

As this is a private function SnookerPlus respects the clients confidentiality on information and photographs published.

    JIMMY WHITE AND JOHN VIRGO ENTERTAIN CORNISH FANS

Snooker Legend Jimmy White and trick shot specialist John Virgo entertained snooker fans from across the county at the Keay Theatre, St Austell.

The evening began with John Virgo inviting volunteers from the audience to carry out trick shots, with his help.  During the first half John told humorous stories about his snooker colleagues and carried out some trick shots on his own.  The finale was John's trademark impressions of his fellow professionals, which included Terry Griffiths, Dennis Taylor, Ray Reardon and Alex Higgins.

After and interval the 'Whirlwind' blew into the arena and played 7 frames against local amateurs.  Jimmy, who is one of the most naturally gifted players the world of snooker has ever seen,  demonstrated his talent around the table in a relaxed manor which amazed his legion of fans.

At the end of the evening everyone had the oppotunity to meet Jimmy and John for photos and autographs.
